Seth Hubbard was born in Cedar City, Utah and grew up in Pilot Station, Alaska, a village of the native Y'Upik people. He is the brother of fellow Utah artist and filmmaker Jenevieve Hubbard.

This experimental piece is a short montage of images coupled with various video effects like multiple images, geometric transitions, and pixelated video.
