Historical NoteErastus G. Farmer was born in Florence, Nebraska in a covered wagon en-route to Salt Lake City on June 29, 1861. He lived most of his life in Idaho and was an active member of the LDS church, serving as a missionary, a bishop, and a high councilman for 10 years. He died on July 31, 1937. Content DescriptionThis collection consists of 8 day books written by Erastus G. Farmer between the years 1898 and 1921. They contain information about his work and finances, but are mainly notes on different LDS meetings (who spoke and what was said). The day books are arranged in roughly chronological order.
