It is divided into three main categories: Academic Notes, Reports and Proposals; International Development Symposia; and Studies, Reports and Maps.

Academic Notes, Reports Proposals and Councils deals with academic publications and proposals in the field of agriculture and water management. This section begins with Anderson’s own notes from when he was studying irrigation engineering. The final part of this section is a series of academic articles and a dissertation alphabetized by the last name of the author.
